Ssis835 4k Fix <2024>

Install on your PC. When you stream ssis835 to your TV, force the server to "Optimize for TV" or enable "Burn subtitles: Only image formats" — this kicks the server into transcoding the problematic 4K stream to a compatible H264 1080p stream (while preserving HDR).
