"Spartacus" is a historical drama television series that aired from 2010 to 2013 on Starz. The show was created by John Shrapnel and Simon Merrenith. The series is set in ancient Rome and follows the story of Spartacus, a Thracian gladiator who leads a slave uprising against the Roman Republic.
