Roblox’s Voice Chat moderation is handled on the server side, not the client side. When you are banned from VC, a flag is placed on your account in Roblox’s central database. Because your local computer (the client) has to "ask" the server for permission to use the microphone, no amount of local scripting can force the server to say "yes" if that flag is present.
