Connect the VAG Tacho 5.0 interface to a free USB port on your laptop.

Navigate to the folder where your VAG Tacho 5.0 software is stored and select the "Drivers" folder.

: In the software menu, select the appropriate ECU or dashboard type (Kombiinstrument) for your vehicle.

VAG Tacho 5.0 is a Windows-based program compatible with versions from Windows 98 up to Windows 10.
