The proliferation of internet-connected network cameras has introduced significant security and privacy risks. This paper examines the search query intitle:"live view" axis 206m verified as a method for identifying exposed Axis Communications 206M network cameras. We analyze the device’s default behavior, the structure of its embedded web interface, and why such queries return live video streams without authentication. The paper discusses the ethical implications, potential for misuse, and provides mitigation strategies for asset owners.
