A qualitative content analysis was conducted on a corpus of 37 short stories and audio vignettes collected between 2015–2024 that meet the following criteria:

That was the thing about being stepsiblings—nobody else understood the weird, wonderful little world they'd built." A qualitative content analysis was conducted on a
