The SCPH90006 BIOS is a relatively new and exclusive BIOS version that was introduced in very late PS2 models. It's known to have some unique features and changes compared to earlier BIOS versions.
For the truly dedicated, you can desolder the BIOS ROM from an SCPH-90006 motherboard and read it with an EEPROM programmer. This yields an exact 4MB (32Mbit) dump. This is the only way to get the factory-fresh BIOS with zero modifications.
